What an incredible day at the Paso Wine Fest @pasowinefest! Re:Find Distillery @refinddistillery was serving up the most spirited sips in town! Mix up a BRIGHT ‘n EARLY and thank us later…🍸🍸

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Vodka, Gin, Vodka, or (e] Barrel Finished Vodka
1 oz. Earl Grey Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water to taste
Lime Wheel for Garnish

RECIPE:
Combine ingredients, except soda, into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass, with or without ice, top with club soda, stir, and garnish. Makes two 4 oz. cocktails

The path to Bethel Rd. Distillery @bethelrddistillery has been one of passion, experimentation and homage to the tradition of spirit making from around the world. Since Niels Udsen’s time living in Italy, making Italian-style Grappa has been something he dreamed of. After acquiring one of the first distilling licenses in the county and an Arnold Holstein Bavarian still, the dream has finally become a reality.

In its first phase of production, Bethel Rd. has created two outstanding Grappas, a Gin and a two-year barrel aged Brandy that is both rich and complex. You will also find top notch small batch wines made from Estate Grown Organically farmed grapes. This is only the beginning of the journey and many more spirited experiments are in the works.

Located just off Highway 46 West in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, Bethel Rd. is the perfect spot to enjoy craft spirits and wine in a cozy and inviting setting. The Castoro Cellars @castorocellars vineyard views are breathtaking and the fruits of our labor are top notch!

This 6 year aged brandy displays an incredible complexity that can only be gained from its extended aging period. The outcome is an intricate and unmistakable essence of floral honeysuckle, mandarin, and pear, complemented by caramel and toasted oak@undertones from the barrel.
