Calwise Spirits @calwisespirits Cranberry Big Sur

Calwise Spirits @calwisespirits Cranberry Big Sur Gin begins much like their Classic Big Sur Gin. They distill a neutral brandy base from Paso Robles wine grapes and infuse it with their botanical mix of juniper, coriander, lavender, chamomile, and native plants like white sage, bay, and elderberries. Calwise Spirits procured cranberry juice from a farm in Wisconsin (one of the main cranberry-growing regions in the US) and blended it with their Big Sur Gin and a touch of sugar. This gin was designed to be sipped along with Thanksgiving turkey or enjoyed in some tonic water by the fireside after Christmas dinner.
