Willow Creek Distillery offers some of the best, unique, and flavorful spirits on the Central Coast. As a part of Opolo Vineyards, our tasting room and production facility is located adjacent from the Opolo wine tasting room, and positioned amongst the vines. All spirits are made in house, where visitors can see distillation taking place while engaging in a fun and adventurous tasting experience. Whether you like whiskey, brandy, or decadent liqueurs, we have you covered. Every tasting comes with as much distillation knowledge as you desire, so have your questions and pallet ready!
