Central Coast Distillery redefines the craft experience by blending luxury hospitality with a rugged, “foraged” soul. Founded by industry veterans Eric and Anna Olson, our distillery has recently evolved into an upgraded, sophisticated new location within the Atascadero Marketplace pairing a polished atmosphere with signature small-batch intimacy. Staying to our convictions, priority is kept to microscopic precision, distilling in batches of only 36 to 60 bottles. This meticulous approach ensures “clean cuts” and a level of purity that has garnered international gold medals and a cult following among those who seek the most refined spirits on the trail.

Our distillery offerings serve as a liquid map of the Central Coast, featuring a Forager lineup that highlights wildcrafted, regional ingredients—from vodka distilled from raw coastal honey to rare agave spirits produced from locally sourced California agaves that pay homage to Anna’s Mexican heritage.
