It all begins with a clean, neutral grape-based spirit sourced from Opolo Vineyards @opolowines in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. From there, they layered in their proprietary blend of juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, cucumber, peppercorn and angelica root—each chosen for purity, balance, and complexity. The result is a crisp, three-dimensional gin defined by bright juniper, cooling botanicals, and warm spice. Fresh notes of pine and rosemary unfold into zesty citrus, mellow cucumber, woody peppercorn, and subtly sweet spice, finishing with a soft earthy depth from angelica root.
