Willow Creek Distillery’s @willowcreekdistillery first-ever Gin is a modern expression of a timeless spirit, distilled in small batches from estate-grown wine grapes and infused with a curated selection of premium botanicals. It all begins with a clean, neutral grape-based spirit sourced from Opolo Vineyards @opolowines in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. From there, they layered in their proprietary blend of juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, cucumber, peppercorn and angelica root—each chosen for purity, balance, and complexity.

The result is a crisp, three-dimensional gin defined by bright juniper, cooling botanicals, and warm spice. Fresh notes of pine and rosemary unfold into zesty citrus, mellow cucumber, woody peppercorn, and subtly sweet spice, finishing with a soft earthy depth from angelica root. This is a versatile gin crafted for the modern palate, produced in limited quantities and built on a foundation of estate craftsmanship.

Distilled in Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast using a neutral spirit made from estate-grown wine grapes and infused with premium natural botanicals.

The Paso Robles Distillery Trail @pasoroblesdistillerytrail is excited to bring back From the Barrel—the legendary, Speakeasy-themed celebration of craft spirits and beer born from the barrel!

Mark your calendar for Friday, March 6, 2026, when Paso Robles transforms into a secret speakeasy destination. Behind an undisclosed door (location revealed one week before the event), guests will sip and savor barrel-aged creations from 10 local distilleries and Firestone Walker Brewing Company @firestonewalker, enjoy live music, a cigar lounge, and delicious nibbles that bring the night to life. Prohibition era attire encouraged!

This year’s soirée promises a lineup fit for the cat’s pajamas:

• Paso Robles Distillery Trail distilleries pouring their top barrel-aged creations
• Firestone Walker Brewing Company serving specialty brews
• A sultry cigar lounge
• Live music straight out of the Roaring Twenties
• Decadent food pairings to keep you fueled for mischief
