Willow Creek Distillery @willowcreekdistillery was founded by Opolo Vineyards @opolowines in 2013 with the intent of producing top quality spirits to accompany their wines. Fast-forward to present and Willow Creek boasts aromatic fruit brandies, whisky, and premium liqueurs. Enjoy our spirits neat, in a delicious cocktail, with dessert, or even as a marinade. Joining the team in 2016, Head Distiller Kevin Coulton‘s drive and passion towards hand crafting one of a kind spirits has helped Willow Creek Distillery expand. A local fixture, Kevin comes from a military background as a former Marine, bringing both attention to detail and creativity to our ever growing venture.

Nestled in the west side of Paso Robles, Willow Creek Distillery creates a variety of hand crafted spirits & liqueurs, all from their estate or locally sourced. Flavor profiles of Brandy and Award-Winning Amaro from Pendray’s Distillery @pendraysdistillery! 🍊🍊

Brandy: Pendray’s unique program of aging their spirits in used Port barrels has given this brandy a rich, golden hue. The aromas are captivating, inviting you back to the glass again and again. Effusive honeysuckle and orange blossom perform a tantalizing dance for your senses. Fruit scents of tree-ripened apricot and white peach intermingle with the flowery perfume, adding further complexity. The palate is broad and rounded, and the orange-tinged flavors provide an enticing, honeyed persistence.

Amaro: Pendray’s Amaro is a blood orange, herbal liqueur that has a bitter-sweet flavor and can be consumed as a digestif, a mixer, with tonic water, or as we like it, neat. The palate is zesty, earthy and well balanced.
